Meet Athena
Hi, I’m Athena.
My path began in emotional struggle and led me through healing, self-discovery, and a calling to guide others in doing the same.
After 20 years as a special education teacher and earning a Master’s in Education, I felt drawn to explore healing on a deeper, more energetic level. I’m now a certified practitioner in The Emotion Code, The Body Code, The Belief Code, and Reiki. I’m also a published author featured in Elephants and Tea magazine, where I’ve shared my own healing story to support others.
Through my experiences with grief, burnout, and learning to trust my intuition, I’ve come to see that energy healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about remembering who we truly are beneath the layers of emotion, memory, and inherited patterns.
My approach is gentle and intuitive, grounded in deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore, release, and reconnect, always at your own pace.

Channels gentle universal life energy to encourage relaxation and restore balance. Reiki invites a sense of peace, renewal, and calm throughout the whole being.
Additional Experience
With a Master’s in Education and two decades in the classroom, I bring empathy, presence, and deep listening to every session.
I’m also a cancer survivor and former caregiver for my mother during her own cancer journey, experiences that deepened my compassion and strengthened my commitment to helping others navigate change and emotional healing.
As a published author featured in Elephants and Tea, I’ve shared my story to help others feel less alone and more hopeful. My continued study of mindfulness, energy medicine, and somatic awareness helps me meet each client exactly where they are.
My Approach
My approach to energy healing is rooted in presence, meeting each person exactly where they are with gentleness and curiosity.
I believe we each hold an innate capacity to heal. We simply need the right conditions for that wisdom to awaken. My work is about creating those conditions, along with a space of safety, stillness, and awareness where release can unfold naturally.
When we bring attention to what’s been held inside, such as tension, emotion, or memory, the energy begins to soften, open, and move. Each session unfolds at its own pace, guided by trust, intuition, and the body’s natural intelligence.
Every session draws from The Emotion Code, The Body Code, The Belief Code, and Reiki to support what’s most needed in that moment, allowing space for balance, clarity, and ease to return.
